How can I place and order and pay for my stuff?

It's super easy with PayPal! Our shopping cart accepts credit card, debit card, and e-check payments through PayPal’s secure online server. You can now send a payment without even setting up a PayPal account! Worried about security? Visit the PayPal Security Center. If you'd prefer to send your payment, go ahead with the check-out process, and be sure to include a note listing your requests, specifics about color and design, your mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), and your email address with your payment. I accept money orders, and require personal checks to clear before shipping out. How much is shipping?

Free. Yep. Free shipping and handling. It's on me! If you live outside the U.S.A., the shipping cost is factored into the invoice.

What if I like a design, but want it made in a different color?

Although it may not always be possible, try requesting the color you want by emailing customer service at info@jasminemade.com. If it is possible, I will email you a picture of the item with the new color. If you decide you do not like it, you will not be obligated to buy. If you do, we will ship it out upon the receipt of your payment.

Do you have multiples of everything?

Oh man, I wish, I wish I had a whole warehouse of bits and pieces of everything. Most times I score a bag of goodies (buttons, toy pieces, cameos, cake decorations) but sometimes I can scrounge up only one. So if I have enough to make at least 3 or 4, you will see "Supplies are limited - a hot potato!". If I have only enough to make one, you will see "A Singular Sensation!". Once jasminemade dominates the world with craftiness, and has multiple facilities, you betcha I will make many of everything. But you gotta admit...sometimes it's nice being the only person to have something unique.

How long will it take to get my order?

Since each item is currently made by my own two hands, please allow a month from the time you place your order to receive the items. Most times I am quicker than that, but this allows me to ensure that the quality is not compromised by a rush to get them out.

What is the return policy?

Returns of unused items are accepted within 30 days. Just write to info@jasminemade.com to let me know the reason for the return, then mail your item, including any original tags and receipts to: jasminemade, PMB 151, 13729 Research Blvd. # 610, Austin, TX 78750-1883. Be sure your item is well-packed and insured.
